Informant RI 719 ('Tom'): The Indemnity From Prosecution

The indemnity from prosecution, for baggage handler informant RI 719 ('Tom'), was issued by the Director of Public Prosecutions on 21st February 2006:



Tom was also allowed to keep over $750,000 of the money he had accrued from the sale of cocaine.

It is alleged that this generosity also helped to secure his silence on a range of matters, including the events at Sydney Airport on 8th October 2004, the day on which Schapelle Corby flew to Bali.
